Lounge and Kitchen Rental (no curling) – $132.74 + $17.26 HST = $150.00

If you’re looking for a place to host your next event, we can provide you with a fully licensed lounge. This area provides a bright, clean, comfortable dining area with plenty of space for dancing. We have a complete kitchen facility, stereo, PA system, flat screen TV and seating for 100 people. Whether it’s a conference, birthday, wedding reception, dinner, dance, or perhaps you’d like to rent the space for a class. We would be happy to assist you with your needs.

The rental fee includes:

Table set-up and take-down.
Bar service.

A $100 booking deposit is required and is due when you sign your Rental Agreement.

Cancellation of a booking 30 calendar days prior to the event will result in the return of the deposit.

Cancellation less than the 30-day period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit unless an alternate date is confirmed in writing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS *

I have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions.

All club rules and regulations must be adhered to with respect to the Prescott Curling Centre Inc.

It is understood that the Prescott Curling Centre Inc. cannot and will not be held responsible for any injury incurred for whatever reason while on the premises of the Prescott Curling Centre Inc.

It is understood that the customer signing this contract will be held responsible for any theft, damage and/or breakage to the said premises or property of the Prescott Curling Centre Inc. during the period the club is under his or her control.

Proper conduct and language must be observed at all times.

The Prescott Curling Centre Inc. will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of any articles left in the Club, prior to, during or following any function by the Customer or his/her agent.

Alcoholic beverages will be served in accordance with the regulations of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario. No alcoholic beverages may be taken beyond the lounge. No “personal” alcoholic beverages are permitted in or on the premises of the Prescott Curling Centre Inc.

It is understood that the $100.00 deposit is required when the agreement is signed and will be fully refundable if the rental is cancelled prior to 30 days’ notice before the event.

It is understood that if the rental is cancelled after the 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Failure to adhere to any or all terms and conditions may jeopardize any future association with the Prescott Curling Centre Inc.

Rental of the Prescott Curling Club is by mutual agreement between the Prescott Curling Centre Inc. and the Customer. The Prescott Curling Centre Inc. reserves the right to refuse rental for any reason.
